Guards the front door and the member experience — reviews membership applications and makes approval or denial recommendations, holding every applicant's information in strict confidence, and keeps the VWI Business Directory and member resources accurate, current and worth using.

Committee roles are volunteer positions and are not compensated. Assignments are made by VWI leadership based on need and fit. Interest does not guarantee placement.

Vision With Intention (VWI) is a business community created by women, for women. It is designed for business-minded women who want to grow, scale, connect, collaborate and build meaningful relationships — while also having a space where they can release some of the pressure that comes with entrepreneurship. VWI is more than a series of events. The relationships, resources, opportunities and support continue throughout the year.
VWI membership is open to women business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals and emerging leaders who are serious about growth and authentic connection. This is not a community for everyone — it is for women who believe in genuine relationships, collaboration, personal development, professional growth and community impact.
VWI membership is created for women. However, VWI may host select coed events that welcome both men and women. Details on upcoming public events will be shared when they are ready to announce.
Yes. Public applications open on September 20, 2026. Founding membership is $397. It is one application and one membership; everyone goes through the same review process and receives the same full experience if accepted.

No. The End-of-Year Awards Ceremony is coed and open to the public as a separately ticketed event. Members receive discounted registration.
The VWI Vision Scholarship provides a selected entrepreneur with a fully sponsored seat in the I Am Dava K Business Growth Cohort — a mentorship program offered through a separate business owned by Dava. The scholarship is funded through VWI's Vision Grant Fund, and VWI pays the program provider directly on behalf of the recipient.
No. The Vision Scholarship is not a cash award. The scholarship recipient receives a fully sponsored place in an approved mentorship program. VWI pays the program provider directly — funds are not given directly to the recipient as unrestricted cash.
No. VWI is preparing to operate as a nonprofit organization, but federal 501(c)(3) status has not yet been approved. We will communicate updates to our community as the process moves forward.
No. Membership fees and event payments are not tax-deductible. VWI has not yet received 501(c)(3) approval. We recommend consulting with your tax professional regarding your specific situation.
