Founding members are invited to serve on a committee: a hands-on way to shape the community, build your visibility, and help VWI run the way it’s meant to.
Events & Experiences Committee
Plans the quarterly experiences from the first idea to the last detail: vendors, speakers, activities, logistics and event-day support, so every room VWI walks into feels intentional.
Webinars & Education Committee
Shapes the monthly members-only webinars: choosing the topics that matter, recommending the speakers and facilitators worth listening to, and keeping the learning sharp.
Fundraising, Sponsorships & Partnerships Committee
Opens the doors that fund the vision: sponsors, donors, grants, in-kind contributions and community partnerships that power the Vision Grant Fund and everything it makes possible.
Marketing & Communications Committee
Tells the VWI story to the world: social media, email, promotions, public relations and the content calendar, and captures the special moments at every event, the photos and footage that keep the movement visible and the memories kept.
Wellness & Community Impact Committee
Holds the heart of the community: welcoming and onboarding new members, engagement and accountability, wellness and mental-health initiatives, service projects and outreach that keep members supported and VWI giving back.
Membership, Business Directory & Member Resources Committee
Guards the front door and the member experience: reviews membership applications and makes approval or denial recommendations, holding every applicant’s information in strict confidence, and keeps the VWI Business Directory and member resources accurate, current and worth using.

Before 2026 closes, VWI will gather its founding members for one experience that will never be repeated, never opened to the public, and never explained in advance.

Payments & policies.
Payment plans
Installments are drafted on the 15th of each month. Founding members can pay $35/month or 3 payments of $150. Monthly plans are an annual commitment, not cancel-anytime.
Missed payments
There is a 7-day grace period. After that, membership becomes inactive until past-due installments are paid. Continued missed payments can result in cancellation.
Flexible checkout
