Meet the woman
behind the vision.

Dava Kemp has been an entrepreneur since 1997, and for most of that time, she has been helping other business owners grow.

She built her career in tax and financial strategy. After fifteen years as a tax professional, she built her own agency in 2012. Along the way, business owners kept coming to her for more than their returns, for structure, strategy and someone who would tell them the truth about their numbers.

Dava has mentored and coached business owners for years, opening doors and creating opportunities for them to grow. In 2024 she made that work official. In 2025 she launched her own Service Bureau and built a proprietary client retention management system, so the business owners she supports have real systems behind them. The lesson she repeats most: keep your business and personal finances separate, and build your business on structure, not guesswork.

Through all of it, Dava saw the same pattern. Talented women building alone, without mentors, without a network, and without anyone to be honest with. She believes women should never have to guess, not about their money, not about their business, and not about what they are capable of building.

Vision With Intention is her answer. In 2026, Dava founded VWI and launched her first group mentorship cohort for business owners. Based in the Mint Hill area of North Carolina, she built VWI to be the room she wished had existed when she was building, and to keep that room open for the women coming next.
