It started with one room.
For years, Dava Kemp sat across the table from women at the exact moment their vision met their numbers. Brilliant women. Hardworking women. Women building something real, and building it alone.
She saw it over and over again. Women without mentors. Women guessing about their money and their business structure. Women surrounded by competition when what they needed was collaboration. Dava went looking for a space where women in business could be honest about the struggle, celebrate the wins, and leave with real tools and real relationships. She couldn’t find one.
So she created it.
On August 22, 2026, the first annual Women’s Entrepreneur Summit filled a room in Mint Hill, North Carolina, and sold out. Women came to laugh, learn, network and level up. There were honest panels, new friendships, business cards traded, and more than a few tears. When the night was over, no one wanted to leave.
Relationships were created. Bonds were formed. And it was clear this could never be a one-time event. That’s when Vision With Intention was truly born.
The women who said yes first are now our Founding Members, the women who will shape our committees, our experiences and our culture from day one.
