VWI was not created overnight. It grew from years of thought, preparation, creativity and intentional planning. This is not a community for everyone, and that is okay. It is for women who believe in genuine relationships, collaboration, personal development, professional growth and community impact.
I longed for a space where women could collaborate instead of compete — where we could support one another with one shared goal: to grow and expand our businesses. I looked for that room, and I couldn't find it. So I created it.
VWI began with one room, one night, and a group of women who left with more than they came with. Relationships were created. Bonds were formed. Valuable connections were made. It was never intended to end there.

Although VWI membership is created for women, VWI may host select coed events that welcome both men and women.
